the group at school that hates me!

tldr: two girls at school hate me for no known reason, and made rumors about me, what should i do?

so schools about to start again and im stressing. 

in February last school year i became friends with a group that (i thought) were similar to me, they were self-proclaimed alterative people (not quite true, they dress alt but they don't have any values.). 

one of the girls (Emma) hated me from the beginning, not for any reason, she just doesn't like me. 

something about Emma is she is more male focused, boys are really the only thing she talks about. she goes from having a crush on one guy to another and when she has a boyfriend she loses her becomes a female version of him, adopting his interests, listening to what he does, his friends are now hers. 

she had a boyfriend (lasted less then one month), she would always bring her boyfriend everywhere when we hungout. not really that big of a problem, he wasn't the only guy there, there was often one of my classmates/kinda friend (Eric).

but if you talked to her boyfriend, made a joke about him, or really did anything relating to him she'd get really upset. if you god forbid don't like her boyfriend she'd act as if you committed all seven deadly sins.

in mid march a girl (Mira) came to our school, Emma and Mira got very close in like a week.

i was nothing but nice to Mira, i talked to her and helped her make friends when she was new, i've bought food for her when she forgot money, i have literally given her the shirt off my back.

BUT GUESS WHO HATES ME MORE THEN EMMA, Mira!

not even in how she acts, she out right is just mean to me.

"I don't really like you!" ok, I didn't even do anything I'm just sitting with my friends? you want a cookie?

end of march there was in incident, i was hanging out with Emma, Mira and some other people from the group in the woods.

there was this guy (Evan), he is racist, antisemitic, transphobic, homophobic and just a bad person overall.

he was there first and was just sitting there, not disturbing anyone.

Emma wasn't there yet, but Mira was. 

one of the people in the group started threating him, telling him that they'd beat him.

I was trying to tell them if they didn't want to be near him they could just leave. but they didn't stop.

at a point i ended up saying that there's no point in beating him' he's been beat plenty of times before.

I also said "it's middle school, everyone's done something wrong. i've even said things that are wrong, not to the level of Evan but still!" not paraphrased, the exact same words' in the same order i said them in.

anyways they didn't end up beating him.

after it happened i stopped being friends with them because i don't want to be associated with people like them.

they were still friends with mine but at least there not near me all the time.

there was no drama (from them) for a couple of months, that was until end of June/the last week of school.

for some reason Emma started telling people i support Evan, and that i'm a far right winger(im not btw!).

most people in her friend group believed her, and people started disliking me.

i talked to her and told her that it was a misunderstanding, i asked her to stop telling people that. did that stop her? no.

worst part is that was at the end of school and i don't know how to resolve this not in person.

anyone got advice? only two weeks till school starts and im stressing real bad! 

i feel like this whole thing is not that serious and is such middle school drama!
