the longing

my dreams often mirror a reality that i want to live with a person who exists only within my notions. and, every-time i awake, i realize how truly alone i am, while everybody experiences the feeling of being loved by that of a significant other. that's why sometimes, im afraid to sleep. dreams often show the things that im afraid may never happen. but, there's duality to it. sometimes i'll be happy to live in a place completely up to my interpretations, because then i'll dream of finally being wanted, or winning the lottery. just an interesting concept i wanted to share
