the one that got away (part 2 short story novel?)

its now 3:06 am. amina woke up in a cold sweat..she had a nightmare she gets out of bed to get a glass of water. she gets the glass of water and sits down on the kitchen counter. she wipes the sweat of her forehead. now its time everyone else is dead asleep she rushes upstairs and packs her bags

she packs some clothes toothbrush toothpaste a sleeping bag deodorant bodywash her phone and a loofah. she then sneaks into her parents room where they're sleeping..she takes a thousand dollars from her dads wallet and quickly leaves. as shes walking down the stairs she glances at her family portrait. she didnt want it to come to this but she also didnt want to live this way.. her parents had a certain idea of what she was 'supposed to do be' and amina doesnt want to fit it at all. now shes at the front door she opened and gently closed it...its a stormy night and the wind is blowing throught her hair. amina lives in a lifeless town so no one would notice her running away. after walking for almost 1 hour she finally approachs a convenience store and buys 5 water bottles a bag of chips and a chocolate bar. as shes purchasing her items the cashier notices her.

you look young where are you're parents?

amina froze..she didnt know what to say she stood there thinking finally she said.

i was just running some errands for my parents!

at this hour?

yep! its urgent

she quickly pays for the stuff and leaves..

amina sits down on a bench to eat her chips..

its very late and amina walks to the park,she unpacks her sleeping bag. tomorrow will be a new day and she has NO idea what she'll do or how she'll try to survive from now on, nonetheless she cant go back. nows a new beginning and brand new start, and she'll try to make the best of it!! (part 3 maybe?)
