Last night we wandered upon this game called Big Walk. With absolutely no idea on what we were doing, we jumped right into the game. We got lost. We solved cute puzzles. We definitely got distracted. Most of all, we had a BLAST.
RULES:
No phones, no looking at the other person monitor, don't be in the same room, only chat through proximity chat, and have fun.
Without further adieu, here are some snapshot of our Big Walk from last night.
Our first five minutes. Already confused but ready to explore.
Professional explorers. Zero navigation skills. "Where did you put the light??"
We found a find a light gun. We lost the gun. I promise there was no plan.
This view was beautiful so naturally I had him pose so I could snap a shot.
Upon DC'ing to end the game, your little guy dies. RIP Bae ♥
I cannot wait to go home and play this game again. Going for the Big Walk with my favourite person was the best way to spend a Wednesday evening.
If you are looking for something cozy, full of puzzles, and a game that actually gets you talking and working together, I can't recommend Big Walk enough. It's available on Steam for $20 CAD, and I already know we'll be going on another adventure soon.
