think about TF im gonna do

I am the worst person ever in chem, seriously. This year is being the worst school year for me, I never even once got a low grade and now I lost count on how many subjects I am with a bad score, idk what's my problem. I know I have to study but I just cant, like an addiction on not studying, I just give up. Guess im too lazy and I gotta change that ASAP, well, hope I make the rest of the year alive

Hi! College graduate here that studied digital media and computer science: here are some tricks to help you study.

 1. Put on a study playlist, it sounds so cliche but those playlist that are like "Study in Hogwarts Castle" or "Autumn Study Vibes" do really help.
2. Put your phone on DND, don't let anyone or anything distract you. Of course if your guardians/parents call for you go to them, but don't let friends distract you from studying. Set aside about an hour a day to studying, and put your phone on DND for that hour. If you need to, set up an automated message that lets people know you aren't ignoring them, you're studying and need to concentrate.
3. I like to study in a way of this: rewrite everything in your own words. Don't just copy and paste the words into your notebook, actually read them and rewrite them. So let's say your textbook says "Susie went to the salon and spent $20 dollars, she went to the store and spent $40 dollars, and then she went to the book store and spent $40 dollars on books. In total Susie spent $100 on shopping that day while she was out." Instead you would write, "Susie spent $100s, spending $40 at the book store, $40 at the store, and $20 at the salon". This will help to retain information because you'll have to really think about it in your own way.

4. Set up a rewards system for studying. Like for example, every 15 minutes you get a piece of candy, or after every good test you get a charm or trinket that you really want. This will motivate you to study more.

Wishing you all the best and you got this!!
