Tired of new Social Media era ๐Ÿ’”

Unfortunately, this is going to be my first blog on here. But it is going to talking about a new change, after the struggle of being forced to interact with this new social media era.

ย But what is the problem?ย

I'm the type of person who doesn't like being chronically online on social media, mostly because I'm always working on something new or recycling some ideas that I've wrote down in the past. In fact people tend to going insane about my studies and knowledge:

How can you find so much time for creating and doing things? How can you keep the focus? Aren't you afraid of mistakes? Why you have a such memory?

It's okay to ask, my response is always the same:

I'm not always online, creating something takes it's time. Music, art, writing and even doing house chores. The more I do, less time will be spent on learning it again and it will become a natural action.

Please remember it's not that simple!!

What I hate the most is the presumption that everyone needs to bring a certain type of content on the internet, now even more faster because of AI bot accounts.
It's something that I cannot accept and I'm not going to risk my health for people that are waiting for the next week drama and big corporations who doesn't care about consumers, I create stuff for fun and if I even earn something from that I will get the right help for buy some grocery and my apartment rent, basically having a life.
I'm not an AI, I'm not artificial and I will never compete with a machine, I find it stupid and makes me loose time for creating and interacting with the people that really matter.
Social media are full of malicious people who doesn't understand the value of the work behind something.
Always keep creating and expressing yourself, it's the most rebelled thing that creative minds can do.

Always remember that your creations have a special value: The will to learn.

ย Did I found any solution?ย

Personally yes, but I find it tricky for people who are already active on social media.
I was thinking about a scheme, something that I could explain taking a house for example.

House --> Window

For let people know about my works I need them to see it. I will use a single major social media who doesn't need interaction for getting basic views.
If people want to follow more my stuff I will tell them that most of my work is outside the major social media sites, I don't care if the majority of people isn't going to visualize my stuff, that's exactly what I'm looking for, less but good people.

House --> Window --> Door

I'm open to interactions, but I need time and social medias are overwhelming for me.
I need a place where I can interact with others for learning and exchangingย ideas.

House --> Window --> Door --> Table

I need (ofc) to show what I can do, I'm willing also to make more blogs in different platforms, maybe I'm going to repost this on Substack and try it (?). My major problem IS my content, I make both music and art, it takes me a lot of time and it's difficult to manage two different content on the same platform.

I usually write my thoughts during and after work done. I think people would be interested in something humanly made.

House --> Window --> Door --> Table --> Coffee!

Something that italians do while hosting a guest is offering coffee, and if an italian guest enjoyed your coffee and the time spent with you they usually gift you something, but it's absolutely not a must, gifting something comes from a will to show appreciation.

What I intended to explain with these examples is my desire to continue to share my work online without falling in to the social media rabbit hole. I still want to share my music, art, blogs, cooking stuff maybe, but with this climax of stress and anger I'm not feeling like to share anything there.

I will write more updates one dayย
