"Top 10 reasons why you might be the problem" ahh blog

Have you ever like, read something like a rant or a vent, talking about a relationship with a person or people, like their lover or friends or family, on here or like anywhere else on the internet, and unlike the majority of comments and other things people are saying, you feel the person who shared the rant is the problemetic one?

Sometimes they don't even mention why the other person is so bad, they just assume things about them and guess their thoughts and assume they are evil. I don't know maybe it's just me, but there are certainly times for me that I feel like the ranter is the main villain and the others who are "angry" or "toxic" are just tired of their actual toxic bullshit.

Though I don't think being toxic to someone cause they were that way to you justifies your behavior, but I still feel like sometimes that's the reason behind their behavior, that the ranter was the actual problem in their relationship.

Every situation is unique, and a person will always tell the story from their POV, so it's hard to tell who's the actual toxic one sometimes. But I lowkey sometimes feel that way and feel too scared to say anything unless all of the other people are pointing it out, if they are supportive then I stay silent, maybe the problem is from my end that I think that the ranter is the problem.

Of course, there are some situations where enough context is not provided, like the assuming thing, when they are like "they did this because of this" and there's no reason to prove it. Like where you in their head bro? How do you know they lied to you about their actual intent?

It's not just about rants though. Sometimes a general opinion about a general group like villainizing fandom can feel this way, as in the person calling them "toxic" sounds more toxic than them, at least to me.

I guess it could be because I don't like seeing people as pure evil or something like that. Even if I consider someone toxic because of certain behaviors I'd still like to think that they have some positive traits about them and that they can be a good person.

Just needed to get this off my chest cause it bothers me a lot.

Thanks for giving time to read this, hope you have a great day/night.

I agree with you, sometimes it definitely seems like that. I try to see both sides based off whatever information was given and go from there. If the ranter is indeed the victim, then sure, it's fair to rant about, but if there's even a semblance of 'eh idk, seems like a fair response' then boohoo cry about it. And POVs are very important, they can change a story drastically. I've had a few bad moods cuz of misunderstandings involving different stories from different POVs.
