Resurrected an old phone from my graveyard 🪦 of devices because... People seemed to expect me to reachable for bullsh!t constantly? I think the fuck not. Going old school. New number, Primary is my home phone and the bitch stays on silent. Bonus points I can still text to respond instead of call. Going to make it more aesthetic by making a pay phone style charging dock and possibly a handheld extension.

I say this as I drink midnight margaritas, dance to my current fav playlist under my leds and make cookies with a side of spaghetti pizza. Life is short, feeling the air on your face at night and not being scared or tethered to expectations of people who don't even care enough to be considerate of their impact on you is freeing. I've got everything/one I need to be comfortable and heal/grow right here. The only thing I'm missing is a sonic ice machine and a fog maker. 

This is a level of freedom I've wished for since I was young but never thought I would get to experience. To anyone who is scared I say for it, I promise it's worth it and if anybody gives you sh!t just remember if they cared enough about your mental health to see how bad you where doing they would understand. We don't take opinions from people with sh!t lives/choices that have no idea what it's like to be you and don't care if what they are doing is making it worse. Don't let people control your life, ditch the socials trio, untether yourself from being always available and live your life. You deserve it. <3

P.s. and B4 u say what if people need to reach me for emergencies... there's a mode on phones for that. Either set a boundary with them and allow specific peoples calls to always ring through or if they can't respect that then they can call you back 3 times to activate the feature for true emergencies... In either case you'll see how much you actually mean to them. The exception being if you're a teen with strict parents, or have young kids in which case I don't have a solution yet, I apologize and sympathize. <3

Pps I was trying to put a specific song but my screen is cracked so it kept correcting to subtropics, so I just took it out lol. Gonna get the screen fixed soon. 😘
