I am so sorry you're going through this. This is not something that is easy to go through and it is very difficult to go through that.

I recommend attempting to escape through reading or another hobby. Pick up hobbies that help you relax and drown out the noise and stress of parents fighting. This will help reduce stress which can induce headaches.

I also recommend calming migraine music for migraines, it may be a placebo but as someone with chronic migraines I swear they help. I'll link a couple I like from spotify and youtube at the bottom of my comment if you want to take a look at them.

As for the parents, this is going to be a bit of a long one. I'm going to give some background before I give my advice. I had a strained relationship with my mom, she used to shout at me, laugh at me, bully me, all sorts of stuff when I was younger. My father was not in the picture he pretty much dipped when I was 9. However, I can say that as you age some parents change. They start to see you more as an independent person, they start to accept your personality, hobbies, likes, interests, etc. and start to essentially gain respect for you to put it in simple terms. It's a long process, and not every parent does it, some parents never change. However, with time, some parents do change and start to show kindness more and more. Additionally, sometimes distance such as moving out, going away to college, etc. does also put a new light on the perspective of you. I know it isn't an immediate change, and I know it doesn't help now, but I would help this sheds some light and hope for how things may be in the future. As for now, please do your best to not take too heavily what they say to heart when they say negative things that are hurtful. Sometimes parents (and people in general) say things that are hurtful and negative because they are lashing out. Of course, please listen to your parents, but also make sure that when they are being negative and spiteful to not take it too heavily to heart. That's easier said than done, but remind yourself that sometimes people say things because they're trying to get a reaction, are just being mean, etc.

I really hope that your home life turns around and gets better, and also that you migraine lessens. Sending you all the positivity I can!!

Here's those migraine sounds:

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! you're such an angel. lately I've been making songs to distract myself and it seems to be working a little. i know things are hard for them too, so i try not to take it personally. I will save these videos if the migraines come back (..◜ᴗ◝..)
