I made the team, yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!! I've been sore as heck busting my butt during conditioning and I'm so happy with my hard work being paid off. Now, we're going over rotations and I'm playing middle. It's quite scary but I'm sure that I'll get the hang of it. I'm confident in my jump sets (it feels like volleyball legends), but my hits...Yikes! Overall, I'm just so happy that I made it. 😁

Congratulations!!! You should be really proud of yourself. Making a team after putting in all that work during conditioning is such a good feeling, especially when you know you earned your spot.
Playing middle sounds intimidating, but honestly it also sounds like a really exciting position to grow into. The fact that you're already confident with your jump sets is a great sign, the hitting will come with practice and repetition. Every player has parts of their game that feel awkward at first, and that's exactly how you improve.
I love that you can recognize both the scary parts and the things you're already good at. Keep trusting yourself, keep practicing, and enjoy the experience! Making the team is a huge achievement, and I hope you have an amazing season <33
