My dad has his ex girlfriend over because her brother has poor mental health (I believe they said he had schizophrenia) plus he was watching violent/gore content. So the ex-girlfriend has been staying at my house for a lil bit. But this is also the same woman who would pull my hair, force me to stay in my room, only feed me when my dad was around. And made me so scared of her that I would piss my bed, then continue to sleep in the piss than encounter her in the hallways.
Luckily she left my dad after three years but before she left; she pinned me against the wall, dug her nails behind my ears, then started yelling in my face. After she left, she would only come by to drop of my brother or do explicit things with my father. Until now ofc.
Now that I got that out; I was wondering if my dad's ex-girlfriend is allowed to barge in while I am using the bathroom (my dad gave her consent because we are both girls & he needed the bathroom) then tell me to get out (forgot to mention; she was only wearing underwear and a t-shirt) , and then she waited there LOOKING at me. Until I argued with my dad for her to leave, she left but I still feel uncomfortable about what she did. Was what they did right? Is that legal here in New Mexico?

there's probably not a law about a situation like that but it's still not right. Since she is clearly not willing to listen to u maybe let your dad know (if that's an option) that you are not okay with stuff like this. Hopefully she doesn't come back bc what she's doing is rlly freaking weird 💔
