so my dad just lost his job and he was the only one with a stable job so um I'm freaking out

Omfg that sucks, happened to my dad like a year n half ago, luckily he had savings which we lived on for a few months until he got another job, do you know if he has a emergency fund or not for u to live on until he gets a job or what?? :(
