people only like things when its a trend. they only do stuff when its "cool". i havent heard people talk about michael jackson in forever until the movie came out. now everybody and their mother is a fan, and theres nothing wrong with that, but i've also seen it die down since the movie hype has been dying down. people were "angry" about ice when everyone else was. they were doing walkouts because they thought it would be fun. they dont care anymore. ITS STILL GOING ON PEOPLE. people are still DYING EVERY DAY but nobody cares anymore because nobody on their brainrotted tiktok fyp is saying anything about it. ACTIVISM IS NOT A FUCKING TREND. people need to wake up. no having "fuck ice"/"fuck trump" in your stupid little bio is not cute or trendy. if you have that in your bio or say it, stand by it. but the majority of people nowadays are too incompetent and braindead to actually become educated about something and stand by THEIR beliefs and not just say they believe in whatever everyone else on tiktok or instagram believe in. we need to do something, but we cant do it alone. we need people to realize the harm of ignoring problems once they arent a trend anymore.
