I, as an aroace guy who.. might also have conduct disorder, I struggle to see the good in most people. I see most people as a mound of badly put together flesh that has too big of an ego, even if I do kind of like the person. But I’m just very confused on where these people get the audacity to try and talk about other people as if they’re any better.
Two examples of this is my parents. My mum is horrid. She’s transphobic, ableist, uncaring, never looks back on her actions, ugly as anything and shows her lack of care by exposing her children to sexual stuff, being as loud as possible 24/7, and saying things without even thinking. She told me that my hair looks bad. I mean, it does, but who does she think she is? If anything she looks worse. Sloppy make-up, shitty dyed hair, she looks like she’s melting. And she’s trying to telll me that I look bad? Does she not know how horrid she is? Apparently not.
My father.. the best description I can give of him is that he looks like a gym rat donkey that’s been on ozempic for 2 months. He constantly belittles and insults me, and loves yelling at me. He’ll tell me that I’m an idiot and other stuff. But who does HE think he is? He’s made everyone in the family cry including his girlfriend, he has no grip on his emotions, lets his job control everything about him, and looks absolutely horrible. So why the hell is this 40 year old FAILURE trying to tell me that I’M the idiot? I don’t scream at my lover or slam my hand down on tables, I don’t completely ignore everything someone says to me.
I just don’t know where these people get the nerve. I think everyone, to some extent, is bad or has a bad part within themselves. We’re all kind of ugly and kind of evil. Can we stop acting like we’re better than eachother as if we’re not all, like, animals? Obviously there are some cases where you’re better than someone. Me and you are probably better than a sex offender, or Trump (same thing). But sometimes we’re not better than the person we’re talking about. I think we need to get a little less egotistical, but maybe this is just a problem my family has.

Some people proper struggle to accept how insignificant they are, it's like watching them give birth or something tbh
