When someone is talking to me, I can look into their eyes with no problem. When I talk to someone, for some reason I automatically start looking elsewhere. Looking at someone’s face when I’m talking to them is, like, physically challenging??
No one has mentioned it but I’m so sure that they notice when I start to look at walls and beside them. Thinking about the important meetings like job interviews I’ve had and how people probably think “this poor person is too shy” or something. I mean, I am somewhat shy but this happens even with people I’ve known for years! The only exceptions are my best friend and parents.

literally! eye contact can be difficult. like sometimes i can do it but other times i cant, very annoying.

I absolutely hate eye contact. It’s physical painful and uncomfortable for me to make eye contact so I avoid it all the time.
