Why does nobody want to be my friend?

I don’t get it. Why does nobody want to become my friend? Like I’m such a nice person and my hobbies and interests should be very appealing especially those in my age range. I skateboard, I can play two instruments yet nobody is interested in me. Every time I see a friend group or just people having friends in general I get really angry and sad. Why do they have friends but I don’t , it’s so unfair. It’s also not that I’m spending all my time at home like I’m literally staying outside the whole day hoping someone will come up to me. Nothing ever happens. I have to admit I struggle socially and my communication skills are pretty bad but I did try to communicate. This literally just happened recently. Three weeks ago I meet a girl who lives in the same era over a band portal. I finally managed to communicate with her and she told me she would like to get me know. I thought I finally made a friend , that lasted for exactly one week. I asked her over chat how’s she’s doing and when we want to meet, she’s never answered and even unfollowed me on socials. We never meet and she didn’t even get to know me. Why do they all hate me. This world is so cruel and unfair to me. All I’m asking for is one friend, just one friend. I’m slowly giving up. Maybe I’m just unloveable.
