witchy/spooky season

i loooove the autumn season and everything that comes with it!

every september, october, and november, that one side of me intensely fixated on witch hunts and everything haunted rises from the grave. i went to my local library today and got some books fit for halloween vibes: the butterfly garden by dot hutchison, summer sons by lee mandelo, and how to kill a witch by zoe venditozzi and claire mitchell. 

i enjoy watching spooky movies like the fear street trilogy and the witch by robert eggers. i also own some witchy books like slewfoot by brom, year of the witching by alexis henderson, and the first witch of boston by andrea catalano. there are other horror books i liked reading such as don't let the forest in by cg drews and the ritual by adam nevill.
