wondering

im wondering what did i do wrong for people to treat me like absolutely garbage but treat others more kindly

and because i just saw an ex-friend of mine be able to do something for a friend for their birthday but not for me. instead left me sobbing inside of a classroom wondering why they couldn't even just spend time with me on this supposedly special day. 

like it's that bad to where my best friend that can't even come see me was able to do something for me even though literally she can't even physically come see me. and even worse, old online friends from 2022 were able to remember my birthday even when we don't even talk anymore.
