Worst state to be yourself

I recently decided to cut off a few friends for making alot of unfunny racist, sexist and homophobic jokes and im getting made fun of for it, and alot of people i thought were my friends just call me the hard R and say "oh well why dont you just cut me off too lol" and its just shocking how openly racist people here are. I hate Alabama. And I wish I lived literally anywhere out of the south, it fucking sucks. People call you gay for showing a ANYTHING unique about you. I used to just get called emo because i wore black clothes, but now that ive changed my hair to a side part kinda look they'll sing the lyrics of "A match into water" or "Fall for you" 💔 Everyone i know here is a dork besides my best friends i love em.
