Y'all remember Gacha singing battles?

Well, I've been getting back into Gacha videos (especially FNAF singing battles) and have started making a few of my own (I've made two total, both bad quality because I didn't know what I was doing) but now I've started a new one, I'm putting a LOT of effort into it (like I think there's almost 200 screenshots in the first five minutes, which is a lot at least compared to what I was doing before, almost every line has about five screenshots including the ones that are like two words long). A few days ago, when I wasn't that far into it (still over 100 in but not near as far as I am now), when I went to work on it KINEMASTER said that all of my screenshots were missing. I thought it was because I had just updated my Cromebook and complained to my friend about it for a bit before I tried to fix it, and wound up having to completely restart the editing of the video. Well, if you can't tell where this is going, IT HAPPENED AGAIN. I almost pulled an all nighter (on a night with band camp, which is stupid I know) trying to finish it, I closed it, went to band camp, when I got home I went to watch it, and it was perfectly fine. I posted a sneak peak short to my YouTube and Tiktok, and closed it again, planning on working on it in a few days. Well the few days came and I open KINEMASTER to see where I left off and to export what I had so far so I wouldn't have to restart again, and I'm back at square one. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT I SPILLED ALL OF MY SWEET TEA ON MYSELF

I'm pretty upset because I was really proud of what I had and idk if I will be able to fix it or if I have to restart again

If anyone has had this problem before or knows how to prevent it from happening please let me know
