@seukaramusyu aside from his full appearances, billy appears as an easter egg in a lot of the games so you'll have plenty of content to look out for. his most memorable appearance is as a player character in monster seeking monster. he is originally a gag character in the "who's the dummy?" segments of you don't know jack.
