as a kid a i used to play girlgogames a lot. there was this one game where you could decorate a room for the girls of the girlgogames site. I tried to play it again a couple years ago BUT THE GAME IS GONE NOW THEY TOOK IT DOWN.

so I wanted to know some your guys favorite browser/flash games.

goodness me, i have... SO many. most of my nostalgia from flash games came from the ones available on websites like nick jr, barbie, playhouse disney (or disney jr, i guess), cool math games, newgrounds, so on and so forth. to fire off a couple favorites: infiltrating the airship from the henry stickmin series, a strawberry shortcake game called berrylicious bake-off, yo gabba gabba's magic word adventure and the impossible quiz. i'm still playing stuff like the right mix whenever i'm really bored, LMFAO!

my favorite old flash game was animal jam... i was so addicted to it when i was nine or so years old. it still exists as a downloadable game, but its genuinely not the same as when it was a flash browser game. i am NOT one to be blinded by nostalgia or wtv, but so much has changed about the game and its like... so hard as a returning player who hasnt played that much in over 8 years :p

coolmathgames carried my early childhood so it holds a special place in my heart :)

Idk if it’s still up, but I used to love ‘PunchtheTrump’ on my school laptop! As the name implies, you got to become a president (I know for sure Obama, but idk if there were others) and they put you in boxing gloves, and you just beat up trump. I thought it was hilarious as a kid who just rlly disliked Trump

Shout out to my mom

@Wiredoomed that game had an epic soundtrack https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qY9gK2Gqwik

Abobo's big adventure!

Maybe MySpace was all the friends we made along the way.

Absolute favorites go to Club Penguin and Pixie Hollow, back when the servers were still up! I still collect Club Penguin merch and I still love anything fairy :D

We used to play on Starfall and PrimaryGames back in elementary school, I loved them so much that I would play them at home too! I used to love Coffee Tycoon on the latter, even tho after looking it up recently its way more lacking than how I remember..

A little later, back in middle school, i would play a lot of flash games found on dA, mostly dress up and dating sims. There was this one user called Pacthesis whose work that I absolutely ADORED, mainly Number Days!

Then there are some i sadly cant remember the names of. I remember one game when I was a really young kid, I think it was either on cartoon network's site or I somehow found it through there, but there was this kid at home at night by their self, and you could click on things to get them to interact with it. I only remember an apple and something that caused an alien to show up or something. All I know is for some reason it absolutely mystified me lmao

Adventure Quest, Moshi Monster, Bearville Online, Club Penguin, Poptropica.... and I cant think of many more OH BIN WEAVLES, and MiniPlanet (and old fb game) and sims Social. lemme know if any of you remember these!

Mine was Purble Place! i love the cake one

@Scene.N00b my parents never had a pc but I would always play the cake game on one of their friends pcs as a kid

I used to spend hours on the American Girl and Barbie websites as a kid. (Does anyone remember the Barbie game where you cut her hair and gave her different hairstyles? That was one of my favorites!)

I also spent a lot of time on Webkinz. I remember for the first few years of having my account I didn't even realize you could find other people on there, then all of a sudden I found one of the public lobbies where everyone was hanging out and I was like, "wait, what is THIS?!" lol 💀

Oh, Bearville too! That was another one I used to spend hours on. Me and my older brother used to play that with each other a lot. I remember we'd try to figure out ways to say bad words in the chat and get past the censorship for some reason... 😭 (we were weird kids. lol)

Other honorable mentions are PBS Kids, Neopets, Polly Pocket, and Boowa and Kwala (does anyone even remember that last one or know it besides me?)

I used to be super big into Webkinz and Moshi Monsters! I spent hours and hours playing the cash cow game, the sound effects were so satisfying.

i used to go on newgrounds a lot, i especially loved the room tribute lol

moviestarplanet back when it was a browser game... i also LOVED this website called y8 that had a bunch of games on it. my faves on it were this shooting game called phosphor beta (i think) and a game where u're a ghost haunting this mansion and trying to scare as many people as u can

I loved playing dress up games - and I still do, thanks to an archived version of Google Chrome! I actually have a folder where I'm planning to post some of my sonas, designs or creations made in those games.

By the power of Grayskull!

theres this fairly new game on friv probably. you'd play as this little person i think with a leaf on their head. the main thing of the game was u had to run the leaf persons house in the most eco friendly way. i guess you could call it a tycoon kinda game. yeah it wasn't the most entertaining and interesting game but IT class was boring

@mlorfiee(chainsaw) lol in my IT class we would just play Gmod and Terraria

this one fishing game that I found in a webring, I don't remember the name. played is with my childhood bff before we stopped seeing eachother

i used to love girlsgogames as well! i loved all the dress up games, and the ones with the mascots. some of the old games (i remember seeing the party preparation one) are on numuki!

i used to play on the pbs kids website all the time as well. i recently looked through the site on the web archive and played through some old games and looked at some of the sites for the older shows. it was really awesome.

i'd have to say my favorite was orisinal, though. the creator put the games back up on the site with the ruffle emulator, and i almost cried lolz.

are they left searching for me in eternity?
