not a woman, but afab and fem presenting to public. theres some things i had to learn on my own even if it seems more common for others, ill say what wasnt clear to me when i was younger.
two rounds of shampoo, conditioner only on ends. i had to learn this thru youtube, surprisingly. only once a week for washing hair made it feel so much healthier; can depend on ur hair type ofc
scrub!!!! for me i do a body wash with a rag that i switch out nightly, then a second round of body wash ( and or shower gel ) with a hand scrub ( or loofah ) for exfoliation! it got rid of the bumps i see people often complain about along the upper arms or sometimes stomach! also, little detail, but dont wet the scrub - body wash on it dry and then to skin, the dampness on ur skin already will help it foam.
while my showers are nightly, it will depend on your activity levels. i sweat and move around a lot, so i exfoliate more often, though if you do less activity or dont sweat as much, you may be doing more harm to your skin. research depending on your day to day life!
this can start to sound redundant, but my skin cleared up massively with a diet change. even if it wasnt organic, the healthier options did wonders, along with rotating skincare until i found something my face agreed with.
when shaving, i found it the softest and less likely for bumps when i apply witch hazel toner after along with body oil or lotion. also seeing as i walk a lot, my feet more often become rougher - ill see often people will go for expensive products but really you just need to soak your feet a while in water or right after a shower, take a minute or two to scrub your feet with a pumice stone then something hydrating (coconut oil?). consistency after every shower will be enough i believe. though ofc i cant say for fact
It was you who led the world to its destruction.
But you cannot accept it.
You think you are above consequences.
