On january, my sister showed me the saga "All For The Game" by Nora Sakavic. It was life changing. Might sound dramatic, but those books had consume me.
I´m bad at summaries, but it´s about this guy who spent his entire life running away from his father, who is an assassin, with his mom. Then she dies and the principal character, Neil, has to figure out how to survive alone. At the beginning of the first book, Neil is finishing his last year on high school and he suddenly receives an offer of college scholarship on his favorite sport, Exy, but he´s like "I have to move on, or so I´ll get caught by my people´s father" and so on. He ends up on the team and oh boy.
It´s a sports kind of book, uhh like Heated Rivalty, let´s say. The author created the sport, "Exy" it´s like lacrosse mixed with hockey on ice rules, on a football field covered in plexiglass walls. Oh and there´s also the japanese mafia involved in. And I do recommend searching for the TWs because it has sensitive topics.
Yes, it´s an LGBT+ saga. All characters are +18 yo. Three books and then there´s two books of a side character (his final book it´s publishing at the end of the year. the author said they´re going to publish more books of another side character.)
There´s a character named Andrew Minyard who has been living in my head 24/7. I´ve spent nights in my head just analyzing this character, recalling his scenes again and again, just discovering new facts and traits I just LOVE about him. I like psychology (I tried to major in, didn´t work out) so it´s been a full ride loving and getting to know this boy.
Deep sigh. I recommend reading them. xo
