White noise? A fan? Music? What genre? Videos?
I used to be an ASMR person. Then I'd watch league of legends games. Then I watched Binding of Isaac gameplay, now I watch Northernlion! I go back to ASMR if I'm having a particularly hard night, but I find the banter from games quiets my thoughts in way idle sounds don't
But that's enough about me, what about you?

i listen to rain noises. i cant sleep in silence its to eerie
@medeuxsa honestly I try and find kind of somewhat boring ones (like identifying luck in Mario Party 4. It really breaks down the code for each dice roll based upon which spot you are in kind of interesting but just very detailed), or ones I've kind of lived through (like cool school supplies you would have had in the early 2000s). But the ones I've found super interesting I find myself going back to them night after night. But I'll start at the last point I remember hearing, like there was one where the person talked about each book in the sims 3 and spoke about their summaries. It was kind of interesting, I think it took me like a week to fully listen to all of it.
Either a bathroom exhaust fan or just dead silence. If my brain is still running, I just email myself a list of things on my mind so that I'm free to empty my mind with zen breathing exercises which knock me out almost instantly. Sometimes I physically can't get comfortable, which usually means I just need to chug a glass of water and pee out some excess salt. But if I have any caffeine after noon, that can really make me stay up a couple extra hours later than I'd like unless I drink a glass of water every couple hours throughout the afternoon and evening to get the caffeine out.

i def have my fan on 24/7 i alsooo listen to asmr or sometimes video game playthrough vids
sometimes music when I feel sick, but mostly I listen to Japanese words for me to practice to

I love ASMR so I always have that on, but irl my fan or my AC is on for the white noise, I can’t sleep in silence it drives me crazyyyy X3 White noise, scratching and whispering asmr is my jam though tbh I just listen to anything asmr these days lol

I've fell asleep to black metal a few times. That's it really. I sleep to metal a lot.

I usually fall asleep watching youtube,, mainly history videos or more modern news but sometimes just random commentary, if that doesn't work i use some old kinda boring tv just as background noise!
