Me and some people are checking out Pathologic 3, which is a time-travelling game, and it has 9029 SQUARED POSSIBLE COMBINATIONS. I'M SPEECHLESS..... and now I want to know if there is a game with like an insane amount of possible combinations wether it's something related to d&d or not, let's start this journey to the biggest game there is out there.

Shadow the Hedgehog infamously has 326 named routes LOL not quite Pathologic tier but very insane for a game that only has like 10 endings.

@Factory Reset 饾劄饾劉 there are 85 endings and a ton more little differences that can happen along the way to get there :)
Outcomes of what exactly? If a game where no two playthroughs are ever the same due to procedural generation then off the rip id say Dwarf Fortress and Rim World
@Silver oh i meant more about all the ways to approach certain quests and possible endings it can have! The game I mentioned has so many possibilities to approach quests and dialogues to the point it's just absolute insanity. A guy on a discord server managed to break the game and my god the mental map for the quests was beautiful.

Seems like cheating to mention Baldur's Gate 3. The developers claimed that there were around 17,000 ways to play through the game. As for individual endings, I'm thinking there are something like 12 or so. But there's tons of variety within those endings. Pretty neat.
