I can see you guys have rocked up together and have taken this carefully into account
For madame, I think this .... but on the RIGHT forearm and cut off from the middle so only half shows
and for Sire this on the LEFT forearm but again only half cut off
when you stand next to each other and put ur arms together then u should have a full heart ♡
