I like lo mein and sweet n sour chicken. Probably a Chinese American thing but I also like cheese wontons, especially if there's cabbage in the cheese mixture

Almond boneless chicken!
Chow mein as well.
Happy Family is my favorite dish with a couple of shrimp egg rolls and duck sauce @ExMachina
Orange chicken, Lemon chicken, Sesame chicken, Vegetable/chicken fried rice, Lo Mein, Sweet n Sour chicken (i was raised with that btw) and Kung Po Chicken
@SavageReaper666 is that enough chicken?
i like beef and broccoli also and not to mention that i do like pork egg rolls and pork fried rice lol
I had these rice noodle rolls at a dim sum place... the sauce they came w and dipping them in chili oil.... yum! They also had sesame balls filled with red bean... mmmm...
two things awe me most: the starry sky above me, and the moral law within me"
My fav japanese dish is definitely sushi! I just love the texture of the rice with raw tuna :D
Fav chinese is Malatang, everytime i eat it I put these shrimp dumplings in my pot (the ones that get a bit translucent while steaming/cooking)!

Well, Chinese and Japanese cuisine are pretty different, despite their similarities.
My favorite Chinese dish is Xiaolongbao, and my favorite Japanese dish is literally just rice and curry. It doesn't matter what kind of meat is on top, curry and rice will do~
My favorite place to eat in my hometown is this one all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet (that weirdly serves a lot of a straight-up American food, like Fried Chicken and Ribs, but the seasoning and sauce they use makes it different enough).
I'm a fake japanophile though, partially because I overwhelmingly prefer Chinese food, but also I wouldn't be able to name too many dishes from either. I'm boring and I liked Fried Rice a lot.

Eggs rolls, very versitile and I love the texture!
I enjoy my food on the very spicy side, and authentic Szechuan cuisine is the best of Chinese cuisine for me. La zi ji would be the best dish I've enjoyed.
It's rare to find it in the area I live in, with the closest area that sells it in Toronto's Chinatown. Or just make it at home.

Japanese: Impossible question. There's far too much to choose from.
