U of M Stadium home of the 2023 National Champions Michigan Wolverines in Ann Arbor, MI affectionately known as the Big House is the largest stadium in the Western Hemisphere with a seating capacity of over 107k+ and ranks 3rd globally in size. The Big House was built in 1927 and opened in Oct '27 and has been known to hold 110k+ people during football games and other events held at the stadium. The Big House held its first ever concert on with Zach Bryan and John Mayer on Sept 27, 2025 and drawing a staggering 112k+ fans to the event. 

Ford Field became the new the home of the Detroit Lions after the Lions moved from the Pontiac Silverdome and was built in 1999 and opened in 2002 with a seating capacity of roughly 65,000+ people. Ford Field has also hosted many concerts such as the Rolling Stones, U2, Metallica, AC/DC, George Strait, Lainey Wilson amongst many other great talent.

I've had a major love for anything and everything having to do with the Native Amrican culture and an even greater love especially for eagles and wolves since I was a very young lad. Growing up I spent a lot of time out in the Western territories when dad would take us on vacation, as we would spend the whole school vacation period at a friend's of my his dude ranch in Jackson Hole, WY. So my love for the western and Native American cultures were well ingrained in me at a very early age.

Welcome to my profile and while you're here there are a few things you need to know upfront about me. I am generally a pretty down to earth, chilled and laid back individual until you give me reason not to be and I can usually get along with just about anybody, but before you get too far into my profile there are 3 things that are the most important things in my life: God, family and country, in that order. I am an old school Conservative and I absolutely 💯 % stand behind our military, police and ICE. By the way, men are men, women are women and NO men can't be women and women can't be men so get over it and quit living in a fantasy world. None of your fake, made up science is going to convince anyone otherwise. There is only 2 sexes, MALE and FEMALE!! I won't coddle or play into your mental illness and fantasy world.
I am, however, not in the least bit interested in your politics and I definitely don't care if you like mine or not, your liberal politics, mental illness and hatefulness are not at all welcome here. So with that said, keep them to yourself and off my page or get blocked or better yet, you can block me. I'm not the least bit concerned about your dislike with what I post on MY profile, that is a YOU problem and not a ME problem, your permission isn't needed nor asked for so you can keep your opinion to yourself just as well.

I have a wide variety of hobbies and interest that includes shooting pool (former APA League), photography, hunting, camping, fishing and just about anything having to do with the outdoors. I love collecting vintage watches, records, cassettes and CD's and have a fairly large music library. I also love collecting Western style belt buckles, western concho belts, cowboy boots and really anything to do with western attire or collectibles. At one time I used to be a pretty avid reader and still have a pretty good collection of books. 

One of my favorite shots is this photo of the waterfall at Old Man's Cave in Hocking Hills, OH. This was taken the summer of 2013 on a weekend trip with the family when we still lived in Newark, OH. 

Taken by my wife in 2012 or 2013 during my days in the APA League. This was taken on one of our League nights during one of my matches. A failed L3, L4 fusion back surgery in 2013 put me out of action and ended my pool shooting days.

All 3 mark anniversaries gifts from my wife. In the second case are a few of my other vintage watches in my collection. Bottom: Citizen Stiletto Eco-Drive, Bulova Marine Star, Movado. 

The frames are AI generated but the buckles are actual ones I own and have in my personal collection. This is about half of the buckles I own. I have around 30 or so buckles in my collection. The majority of the inlaid buckles are from a now defunct company by the name of Award Design Medals. 

A partial of our collection of around 2000 albums that we have. My wife got me back into collecting records again after a 35 year hiatus shortly after we got married and moved to Virginia from Ohio in 2014. We married in 2011 and bought a few here and there but got pretty serious about it after we moved. 

Stevie Ray Vaughan is probably one of my favorite artist outside of Bob Seger and this is definitely the "Pride & Joy" of our collection. All original presses and Record Store Day releases with several still being sealed. Took about 6 months to put this collection together, to find both albums and covers that were in top notch shape. I have a couple of others that were acquired after this was taken.

We purchased this library card file catalog back in 2015 at an antique mall in Verona, VA to house a portion of our collection of 4000 tapes. This unit holds 750 tapes in it. 25 tapes per drawer times 30 drawers.

Just a few of the 20+ pairs of cowboy boots I have in my collection at the moment and still growing. Pairs 3, 4 and 6 were 5th anniversary gifts of celebrating 5 years of being cancer free. Pair #3 are Dan Post Hearst Lizard, #4 are Los Altos Blue Denim Eel and #6 are Los Altos Black Cherry Ostrich Leg. 

A number of years ago I got the idea of making some music related coffee mugs so I went online and found the logos and photos of the bands and artists that I wanted and had VistaPrint make them for me and these are the results. I made a set of 10 mugs with the Stevie Ray Vaughan being my favorite. The top left set I had made for my wife's sister and her husband. 

Some of my all-time favorite classic rock albums that I love to spin from our record collection and my favorite turntable mat. 

My days as a concert photographer and with my buddies The Marshall Tucker Band in 2015 at a show in Tyler Co., WV that I had the pleasure to shoot. 

To date I have yet to get The Song Remains The Same and Coda, I have everything else. I'm usually not a completist but Zep is one along with Bob Seger and Stevie Ray Vaughan that I want their full studio discography. 

To date I actually have 17 of Bob Seger's albums in my collection. The most recent that didn't make it into the photo is Noah. I think I have 7 more albums to get and I'll have his full discography. 

The historic Detroit Masonic Temple has hosted legendary musical acts across nearly a century, ranging from classical performances by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in 1926 to iconic rock, jazz, and soul shows. The Detroit Masonic Temple is famous for being the largest Masonic temple in the world, spanning over 550,000 square feet with 1,037 rooms. Completed in 1926 and designed by architect George D. Mason, it is renowned for its grand neo-Gothic limestone architecture, massive theater stage. Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, Ray Charles, and B.B. King have all graced the venue's stages. The White Stripes (and Jack White solo), Bob Dylan, the Rolling Stones, David Bowie, and Prince have played memorable sets here as well. 

The iconic Grande Ballroom in Detroit is considered to be the Mecca of Rock 'n' Roll. Built in 1928 it became the epicenter of the 1960's rock counterculture before closing in Dec. 1972. In the 1930's & 40's the venue hosted local Big bands and Jazz acts. In 1966, local radio DJ Russ Gibb transformed the hall into a psychadelic rock venue modeled after San Francisco's Fillmore Auditorium. Legendary acts like BB King, John Coltrane, Sun Ra, Pink Floyd, MC5, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Janis Joplin and The Who amongst many other legendary greats have played on this hallowed stage. 

The historic Paradise Theater was a legendary 1940s jazz and musical entertainment venue located at 3711 Woodward Avenue in Detroit. Operating inside the historic building known today as Orchestra Hall, it served as Detroit's premier cultural hub for Black musical artists during its active run from December 1941 to 1951. Opened on Christmas Eve in 1941 with a grand performance by Louis Armstrong. Named after Detroit's vibrant, historic Paradise Valley Black business and entertainment district. Some of the iconic great have graced the stage here such as Duke Ellington. Cab Calloway. Lena Horne. Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holliday.

The Bluebird Inn was the hottest Jazz nightclub in Detroit which in itself was one of the hottest Jazz cities in the world. Everyone who was anyone played the Bluebird, legends like Miles Davis, Thelonius Monk, John Coltrane, Sarah Vaughan, Ahmed Jamal and the list goes.

Pine Knob Music Theater in Clarkston, MI is probably one of the best music venues I've been to for a concert. I had the opportunity to see the Doobie Bros here the Summer of '80. What a fantastic show. I was stoned for 2 days after this show lol. 

Fox Theater is a performing arts center located at 2211 Woodward Ave in downtown Detroit near the Grand Circus Park District. Opened in 1928 as a flagship movie palace in the Fox Theater chain it was at over 5000 seating capacity and was the largest theater in the city. The theater was originally crowned as "the most magnificent Temple of Amusement in the World". Some of the most iconic legends have graced her stage such as Frank Sinatra, Count Basie, Sammy Davis Jr, Elvis Presley and Liza Minella to name just a few of the great icons that have played here.

Hitsville U.S.A. at 2648 West Grand Boulevard is the most famous Detroit music studio and the birthplace of Motown Records. Founded by Berry Gordy in 1959, it birthed the Motown sound for legends like Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross & The Supremes, and Marvin Gaye.

Pontiac Silverdome in Pontiac, MI. home at the time to the Detroit Lions, hosted Wrestlemania III, and held a host of concerts during its years of operation. The concerts this venue hosted were The Who, Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley (which I attended at 13 on NYE 1975), Led Zeppelin, and Ted Nugent to name just a few in its heyday. It closed in 2013 and was torn down in 2018. 

Cobo Hall Arena in Detroit, MI. was a 12,000 seat stadium that was home to the Detroit Pistons up til 1978 and hosted a plethora of concerts at its venue. Bob Seger recorded his Live Bullet album here and under its roof it has also seen other greats like Black Sabbath, KISS, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix and Queen to name just some of the top notch talent that has performed at this venue over its storied tenure. 

The iconic Joe Louis Arena built in 1978 and was the home of the Detroit Red Wing before moving to Little Caesars Arena and hosted many great concerts behind its walls. The Red Wings played their final game here in 2017 and the Arena was demolished in 2020. Some of the concerts held here were Rush, Elton John, Prince, Queen, The Beach Boys, The Who, Def Leppard, Stevie Wonder, Metallica, and Ozzy Osbourne are just some of the great talent that have performed at this venue.

The Palace At Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, MI. became the home of the Detroit Pistons from 1988-2017. It was both a Sports and Music venue hosting concerts for talents such as Sting, Pink Floyd, Bob Seger, Aerosmith, Rush and Michael Jackson just to name a few of the iconic artists who have performed under its roof. 

The Fillmore Detroit is a multi-use entertainment venue with a seating capacity of almost 3,000 people. It is operated by Live Nation. Built in 1925, the Fillmore Detroit was known for most of its history as the State Theatre. It is located near the larger Fox Theatre in the Detroit Theatre District along Woodward Avenue across from Comerica Park and Grand Circus Park. Artists like David Bowie, Alice Cooper, Guns N Roses, Oasis and many others have performed at this iconic venue through the years. 

I am pretty much old school when it comes to the music I listen to and my Profile Tunes will give ya a pretty good glimpse into my musical taste for classic rock. I was, however, born in the early 60's and was raised IN the country music industry with a dad that was both a country music entertainer and show promoter for a better part of 50 years and got his start in the Spade Cooley band. I spent a better part of 25 years on the promotion side of that industry. So I not only have a love for classic country from the 50's up til about the real early 90's, but my love for Outlaw Country, Classic Rock, Folk, Southern Rock, Bluegrass, Blues, Jazz and many of the sub genres runs just as deep. My musical tastes is very wide and varied. 

Many of my favorites are most definitely the old Westerns and especially the old Spaghetti Westerns as they were called along with WWII movies, but I also very much enjoy good Comedies, the old monster/horror, Sword & Sorcery, the TRUE Disney classics, SciFi & Fantasy, and some of the Superhero and of course the Action Adventure movies round off the list.

Having been born in the early 1960's, the shows of the 1960's through about the latter part of the the 1980's were my favorites to watch growing up. I was especially a big fan of the music shows on the weekend days and the concert series that we watched on the weekend evenings. 

I have way too many to name but some of my favorite Authors are Louis L'Amour, Tabor Evans, John Jakes, Eric Van Lustbader, Jack Higgins, Clive Cussler, Kurt Vonnegut and John Forsythe to name just a few. I also very much enjoy the classics such as Twain, Poe, Verne, Burroughs and some of the other great classic writers of yesteryear. 

There are only a few that I consider to be my heroes, the Lord Jesus Christ first and foremost, and then the men and women in uniform serving this great nation that keep us safe and free, and those who are first responders who don a uniform whether it be police or fire. I also very much support and stand behind ICE 💯 %. God bless the Red, White & Blue, and all of our branches of military as well as our veterans past, present and future!! If there is any part of this section you hate, then you can feel free to block me and move your ass right along down the road. 

I am not much of a gamer anymore, I came up during the Atari and Nintendo days but did some playing on the PS1 and PS2 systems back in the day but have played very little since those days. My favorite games were the old RPG's like Wild Arms, Final Fantasy and King's Field on both the Playstation 1 & 2 systems Some of my favorite arcade games were Asteroids, Galaxian, Star Wars, Centipede and a few others back the day.
