I wanna get into manga but idk where to start of which are the best beginner series. I wanna read slice of life, paranormal, comedy or just cute manga series. Any suggestions?

I think that Girl Meets Rock would be great! It’s a cute little music based slice of life with a colorful cast of characters! Personally, I really enjoyed it and it’s very well received by other readers.

alternatively, if you ever get interested in any darker/serious thriller manga, anything by naoki urasawa is great. he was the first mangaka i really got into. billy bat, pluto, monster, 21st century boys are some great titles. monster and pluto also have anime adaptations!

witch hat atelier is one of my ALL TIME faves!!! it's a very cute & heartfelt ongoing fantasy manga with slice of life and comedy elements in it too, but also some darker parts. it does really well in balancing both the cute & dark elements in my opinion.
the summer hikaru died is much darker, but also hits the slice of life & paranormal boxes and is another one of my faves!
i've just started akane-banashi so idk much about it just yet but i really like it so far, another slice of life & comedy manga :D

Yippee! I love this question, there are so many to choose from, and for beginners is so subjective! this probably means not too hard core but maybe not the classics either. If you liked these >:3 come back/holler at me, i read more shojou
I really liked promise neverland and Blue period. gosh i loved/love blue period. Both intense enough to keep me hooked, but not enough for me not to recommend them.
The way of the househusband is slice of lifey and a better read than watch imo. Then also Hirayasumi, very cute.

Err, I would probably start with works that are completed or well developed up to this point. Peep the MAL (MyAnimeList) top mangas by genre. Also they have a page that is user recommendations based on other titles, I.E. original poster read "blank" so they recommended "blank".
Try a work called Viel. It's a slice of life and romance. It's short form, easy to digest, colorized and done in very beautiful art. It's about a police officer and a blind woman. Personal favorite.
If you're looking for physical media's then you have things like Nana, a classic, but long.
You have popular works like Beyond Journeys End which is another personal favorite and has lots of volumes. (Fantasy, the one about the elf)
