well, it started with my old tumblr account. I used to post about every little thing I adored, especially bunnies, but then my siblings deleted it.. from then on, every one of my social's usernames is adorationarchive. because its an archive for everything I adore.

every week or so it gets bored and goes to look up random words on wikipedia/images 

Theres a line in Brobecks song titled Jacqui that says something about needles in your brain. I liked the way it sounded and wanted to use it for some form of project.

Then i thought just as a username would be more fitting.

My IRL name is formed after the flower Linnaea Boeralis, which is commonly known as twinflower in the english language. It's also the provincial flower where I was born.

its a wordplay on my favorite kpop idols name. his stage name is ten but his like real name is chittaphon. so its like chittaphon my only...ten...heh....get it

One of my fav games is pokemon mystery dungeon:explorers of sky which has time gears in it and one of my fav characters ever is Dave Strider whos related to time travel n all that and has a lot of clockwork / gear theming, combine those two together and you get gearsoftime!

It’s a nickname that my classmates gave me during high school, and eventually I adopted it as my username in 2015 or so. I’ve been wanting to change it for a while, but for some reason I just can’t bring myself to do it. And I’m not super original with names, so like, I don’t have much of a choice.

For better or worse, I am and probably always will be Poble lol.

so basically theres this 2005 game called facade that u may or may not remember (think of the melons!)

b4 u start the game, u hav 2 pick a name from an alrd existin selection the game offers u. one of em was "Kha"

i was so obsessed w this name due 2 how stupid it sounded 2 the point where it became a crucial part of my online identity. as 4 the mister in the beginnin, it was silly 2 b js "kha" so it needed a title b4 2 sound better. 

n thus mrkha was born

I did, and often do, steal username ideas from my ocs. However funnily enough, they're always the artistic ocs I steal from. My discord is based off of 'tar and feathering' + my oc's nickname. This current username is based off of an OC in the fluxus movement who had the nickname of Saint of the South + the idea of Mexican silver. 

My oldest username is not based off of my ocs. But instead was based off of making fun of my cat but evolved into its own name that derives from 'king/prince' + history but since I use it even in my daily life as a nickname I don't feel comfortable explaining it fully haha.

It's a security tactic, and the roadmap looks like this: [SURNAME] -> [MODIFIED SURNAME] -> [MODIFIED SURNAME] + nation -> Sikoration

To my retired broad-use usernames club include: Bezgłów (occasionally spelled "Bezglow") and El Pendolino. Worth mentioning is my Alter ego, Jan [REDACTED], which I use for any social medias owned by META that I use solely for communication with others
