im studying paleontology and i have always loved it. my favorite prehistoric animal from the paleocene era is called phenacodus; a sheep like animal. phenacodontidae is the family name for them! i also love horror and zombies and whatnot, so i mashed rigor mortis and phenacodon together 

My name is Kadyn and i really like ketchup

both my display name and profile URL are really important names for me, so i'd like to share both!

muffie: its a portmonteau between muffin and cookie! based on a childhood moment where i first tried a muffie and liked it so much, i named one of my toys after it, then one of my pets, then myself many years later. XD

the fuller version of this name is "little miss muffie", which i first used around 2017 when joining some new social media platfoms to make myself stand out from the other muffies. it came from my love of the video game undertale, which has a spider character named after little miss muffet.

sugarbud: i could come up with symbolic meaning behind this name, but... honestly, i don't know what i was thinking. it was 2012 and i was making an account for roblox, and sugarbud musta just sounded cool. i like to think it was supposed to represent how i'm a sweet friend, but that's just a theory. :P

i prefer to go with muffie as a name, but sugarbud still means a lot to me as a username, so i like to nab it wherever its available.

its a name I came up with on the spot and I kept it because the 'GORGE' part of it is from barbie and means gorgeous and thats what I am(✿◡‿◡)

karol is the name of a character that appears in two music videos by the French pop artist of the same name, they're BANGER tracks and i was instantly drawn to the character, she is my #1 blorbo :3

soon after i started to call myself karol as a nickname, and, well...u can prolly figure out the second half cuz i love aliens, always have, and do wish i was one! the misspelling of "the" as "teh" is intentional, so as to invoke even more of the 2000s "cringe and free" vibe that is celebrated on this website (among others, as well as neocities/nekoweb as a whole imo)

a wlw banger

Well I used the name Caty online ever since I first logged into a computer XD and well Creative Cuz I like to get creative especially when I draw :3

I also use the name CatysCorner (or CatysCreativeCorner) a lot cuz I think Corners are neat and I like to be artsy and Creative with ppl & 4 ppl in my lil Corner of the web :D

My nickname IRL is Nikko and that was originally supposed to be then end of it but obviously Nikko is a pretty popular name online so I had to change it somehow.

I was on tiktok one day and my older sisters account was just Okii or smth so I decided to steal it and now my name is Nikk0okii :D

I actually have three online names, so I'll include my explanation for all 3!:
originally, I named myself ENA, after the titular character of the same name. most people who know me by that name associated me with that character at the time and it made it very easy to befriend people quickly because of it. it's not a name I'm necessarily attached to, but one I still appreciate for the friends I made under it.
then, came Battr, my mostly main name. ironically, this came from a typo originally. I wanted it to be "Batter" but Battr is what my hands typed annnnd.... yeah! I've had alot of nicknames under it too: Bat, Batty, Butter, Batteur, Batty Battington and so, so many more. I like this name the most because while alot of people may not associate me with the character it's from, I find it very fitting. plus, it helps that my closer friends associate anything with me as "Battrcore" so I think it's a good name of mine 
and Finally, my second-in-command main name, Sinist☆r. this came from my love of the arcade menace, Sinistar, because at the time I needed a steam username. and well, what better way to scare people playing games than the first game character to go "BEWARE, I LIVE"?(lol) I have him represent me on there too!(I have drawings which I... really need to upload at some point lol) alot of people find my name quite ironic, as I tend to be quite er.... gentle? if thats the right term. I've had a few nicknames from there too: Sin, Sinful, Sinny, Sino, Starman, etc. I really like this name, just as much as my Battr one. it makes me feel nice

i really like panic at the disco!! i panic but i dont go to discos so panic zero disco yeah you get the gist right?? and the w instead of the a was originally just a design choice that i thought looked ugly but then i remembered what it was to be pwn'd so i just ran with it

I named a Night Elf hunter in WOW Kaylvang back in 2020 and it became my handle on everything ever since. ☺

My user name for  blizzard when i played WOW was girlpigbear, i made it when i was 14, ive had it be that for like 5 years? so i decided to change it. it didnt fit me anymore, it didnt really fit me then i just thought it was funny. cause.. man pig bear, and im afab. 

So i changed it to rainman when i started playing overwatch, because i love rain, and the movie is okay. But then i thought i dont want the connotations that come with rainman, because, well i dont want to be perceived often, and rainman made me stand out somehow. people would msg me.

so ive changed it to Clueless. its my gamer tag for all my stuff now :v its so nice to just be able to put in a username without having to think about a new one. 

it feels fitting, even tho i do know what's going on most of the time, it helps smooth things over when i mess up :b 

i wanted a cool older style username. salival is from Tool's live album released after undertow and aenema  (if i remember correctly), while magdelena is the second track off of a perfect circle's first album mer de noms

My username is a combination of my real name and my old username DomisnoobXD  and the gemz part is just smth I came up on the spot while making my new user
