Subscribe to blogs?

Can you add a feature to allow people to subscribe to each other's blogs, and then see a feed of their subscriptions, or a 'subscribed blog posts' button or some such? 

Or does this exist, and I'm incredibly dumb? 

Strong possibility of the latter, but please help 😊

Seconding this, being able to subscribe to user's blogs would be a nice feature, rather than just favoriting individual blogs. :)
