I have this really bad habit of picking at my hangnails until they start bleeding. How do I leave them alone?
I used to really struggle with this too. Something I've done is use lots of hand cream and cuticle oil. It really helps to keep them from even forming to trigger wanting to pick at the nails. Or if you're feeling fancy wearing press-ons or acrylic nails always worked wonders for me too!! Probably not the best advice but I am over here rooting for you :)
I don't have any reccomendations to stop it but i usually bite of off rather then peeling so it doesn't bleed, not that its good either but its a better alternative
