does anyone have any good werewolf movie/show recs? I've seen ginger snaps, american werewolf in london, and wolfman (2025) and I've been itching for more. Ik i should watch the og & 2010 wolfman and i have teen wolf on my list also but was wondering if its actually any good before i watch?
My favorites are The Wolf of Snow Hollow and Werewolves Within bc I love werewolves but don't care for body horror (I know, it's contradictory, lol)
Wolf Man (c. 2025) was an interesting one, though it did feature heavily in the body horror department.
I think were complete opposites on the body horror aspect! it was the main reason why i liked Wolfman (2025) as much as i did, but i totally understand why u wouldn't be a fan.
Ill still definitely check out those two recs, i think werewolves are still cool even without the body horror ^-^

The first teen wolf is cute. It's not a horror. But worth the watch! The teen wolf sequels, not so much.
The 1981 film Wolfen is worth a watch too.

The Underworld series was decent. Not horror, but definitely a fun watch. Yes, it has vampires in it, but... unlike Twilight... the series is worth watching. Plus. Michael Sheen!

I feel like "bad moon" is underrated. Also the howling is a significant part of werewolf film history.
i have found my people who also like werewolves this is awesome but yeah i would say teen wolf is a good show to watch. definitely worth the watch.
