I saw on tiktok that people are making stamps out of clay or playdo, and then stamping different textures in a book. It's hard to explain but a web search could give you a video of what I'm trying to explain.
Also I'm probably going to do this for the next couple of weeks in the summer. But do like color photography. Take 12 photos that are primarily a certain color and make a colleague of them! It encourages you to go outside and explore things and uses a little bit of creativity.
Another cool thing I've only really done for university but I want to get back into is making my own herbarium. All you need is a little bit of plant knowledge, go out for a walk collect leaves from trees/shrubs/flowers and try to identify them (websearch or plant id book). Press them between books and then label them in a scrapbook or I've seen some people mount them in a photo frame.
Sorry I'm a very Outdoor type of person so a lot of these are outdoor activities. But I hope it kind of gives you some idea on new things you could potentially do.
