when you shower do you face the showerhead or face away?

i’m curious, i’ve heard that apparently facing the showerhead is the common meta. but i don’t buy that rhetoric. sounds too unrealistic. so, do you face the showerhead or do you face away from it? and why?

i kind of flip flop like a pancake, facing one way for half of it and then facing the opposite way for another

I have the sponge and the other shower stuff befind the shower head so i face it but where i turn to depends on where the things are :P
