The only silver bullet for me is staying consistent, go to bed around the same time, get up around the same time no matter the day. It’s kind of boring but it works really well
@🔪Aida_Wandering_Online🩷💜🖤 not sure if itll help but i make sure to brush my teeth right after dinner. the taste of toothpaste dissuades me from snacking, cuz mint toothpaste+food=yucky. also, write before bed. i started working on a fanfic just every night before bed and it personally helps me wind down.

Bob ross painting tutorial, his voice is very calm and the brushes make a nice ASMR , also i don’t have to listen to my own thoughts!
maybe if its just from using that site before bed its probably blue light, try to turn on reading/night mode on your device so that its puts a yellowish filter on
HIIIII I HAVE TIPS FOR YOU!! Some of them are weird, but trust me!
melatonin has little to no effect on me so ive experimented a lot...
no caffeine about 6 hours before youre planned to rest.
ashwagandha and or magnesium supplements! consistency works best. theres also some magnesium lotion you can apply to your inner things and i think stomach or chest to help.
carbs or something sweet specifically helps me!! always warm for meal or room temp for a snack. if i notice im struggling to sleep, ill often get a small meal like maybe noodles OR something sweet, like a brownie! it makes me drowsy
NEVER use it too often, but 50mg benadryl. learned the dosage from a friend, introduced idea from mom. be careful
red lights (changing bulbs, around your house or room!) and night shift filters on your devices can help.
ill often hear about tea, but i think a lot of these comments go over that better than i would
white noise will often help, or a youtube video played at the lowest volume. subtle enough to where you cant make out the voices, and have it be a boring video where you KNOW you wouldnt want to pay attention. i say white noise more than a video because a video is more likely to catch your attention.
