Will's Interests

General

I love intellectual engagement, including reading, writing, learning, teaching, and discussing. I am especially interested in ideologies such as pantheism, mutualism, and anarchism, but I like to learn about all perspectives. I am a free thinker and truth-seeker.

I am an adherent of the epistemologies of common sense, rationalism, and pragmatism. This means that I trust my observations, my conscience, and that they can also be refined through time. As such, I am an opponent of empiricism, idealism, and nominalism. It also means that I am an opponent of authoritarian religion and religious and epistemological authority.

I am a dualistic pantheist, which means that I believe God and Nature are the same thing, and that this singular All is expressed to us as mind and body. I believe in ontologies such as eternalism, neutral monism, psycho-physical parallelism, property sempiternalism, process phenomenology, and syntropian thermodynamics.

I like to engineer new social and economic systems that increase freedom, equality, order, and justice so that people can be more fully themselves and meet their needs better.

I'm an opponent of statism, nationalism, capitalism, communism, ethnocentrism, identity politics, political correctness, "calling a deer a horse," postmodernism,  Satanism, etc. I am a mutualist, but I am not a Leftist, as I am a culturally moderate remodernist,  class reductionist, and Spencerian social Darwinist. That is, I am a paleo-mutualist. I am also a noticer who reads the early life sections.

I love animals, domestic and wild. Dogs are my favorite, but I also like cats and farm animals. I also like ecological and environmental stuff in general, including stuff like permaculture. I am an antapodist vegetarian, which is a strict, vegan-adjacent (but not vegan) vegetarian.

Music

I like a wide range of music, and for different reasons. I love music like folk, punk, conscious hip-hop, and even sometimes working class country for the socially real lyrics, but I like heavy music like hardcore, crust, metal, and grind for its energy (and sometimes the lyrics if I feel like reading liner notes, lol). I like electropop or synthpop, darkwave, EBM, post-rock, and stuff like that, or perhaps ska or reggae or swing or psychobilly, when I just want something fun in the background.

Movies

Documentaries, infotainment.

Television

Hard pass.

Books

Nonfiction (history, philosophy, science, religion, manuals, reference materials) only. I am generally well-read in nonfiction.

Heroes

"Hero" isn't a word I would choose to use, but people who have been major inspirations to me include Baruch Spinoza, Pierre-Joseph Proudhon, and others like them.

Games

Board games, card games, sports.

About me:

Greetings

I'm Will from East Texas. I am grateful and honored to have you by. Chat me up!
Feel free to hang out on my page awhile! It's not weird! There are great links to follow, videos to watch, and rad, eclectic music to listen to that often goes unheard (currently under construction - working on a Spotify playlist to embed instead of the tool on here)!

My Bio

I have a beautiful wife whom I love and share a homestead with. We love learning about the world and teaching others, as well as raising animals, and she likes to garden when she gets the time. We also have a small food business together.

I used to play drums in hardcore punk bands. I have a few decent folk songs that I wrote on acoustic guitar. I like to draw, paint, and make stuff. I love to encourage others in their self-development and to see them succeed. If it wasn't so rational, one could say that I am quite passionate, perhaps even religious or utopian, about the potential for human cooperation and social harmony.I'm completely disinterested in pop culture, celebrities, fictions, video games, and other such familiarities. I have zero regard for authority claims relying on credentials, positions, titles, and etc.

My Work

I'm an autodidactic polymath and a lay, folk philosopher, which means that I am just like you-- I don't have any fancy titles-- except I have read and thought about things to the point of having constructed a system of thought. I am the author of The Book of Mutualism: An Encyclopedic, Natural Moral History as well as well over 100 articles on my blog, Ambiarchy Blog. Topics I cover range from cosmology and evolutionary biology to anthropology and economics. They include Witnessing Shell Theory, an alternative theory of cosmology, and Henogenic Volution Out of Everywhere, an alternative theory of evolution. But they are mainly about pantheism, mutualism, and ambiarchy. My work has been cited in books, including a PhD dissertation. I would love to teach you about my philosophy.

Be My Friend!

If you're interested in learning about the world, including the Universe and your place in it, you're welcome to send me a message or friend request. You can also join my new groups on here, [Pantheism] and [Mutualism]. You are a unique and so perfect part of the Perfect Universe. Life is about mutuality, finding a balance between what you want, what I want, and what she and he want. If you master this, you master the game.

On a more personal, friendship sort of level, I'd love to make some close friends around shared beliefs or life pursuits. I'm very interested in interpersonal reciprocity, economic cooperation, and mutuality between peoples. In lieu of that, I'd like to meet folks who are interested in nonfiction topics and getting involved in community self-help projects. I don't really care too much about their personal beliefs or age (except no minors and no on-duty sex workers), so long as they can get along with others who differ from themselves and are committed to learning the truth and thinking for themselves. I'd also like to meet people who have serious interests, pursuits, and goals of their own more generally.

There're lots of good reasons to send a friend request my way. Maybe you you like my tunes, maybe you like my politics, maybe you like that I represent something wholesome you don't get elsewhere. While not required, if you send me a message before friending me to let me know what you liked, I am more likely to accept your friend request. If I don't accept your friend request, it is either because: a) you are a minor, b) you do not have profile details, c) I cannot infer an obvious reason you would want to be my friend, or d) you have values that are incompatible with mine (such as having a violent or tribalistic worldview). If these factors change, or if you are not a minor and you tell me what interested you in my profile, you are welcome to re-send a friend request

Like Board Games?

I created a boardgame called New Tabor: The Game of Physical Economy, that is super duper cool. It demonstrates the banking and land distribution functions of a geo-mutualist economy, accompanied by a really great time. Involving elements of both competition and cooperation, it is a game of coopetition.
New Tabor
This game is released under a CreativeCommons license. I would like to commercially produce it but lack the capital to market it on my own. If I were to have had sold it to the corporatists they would have stripped it of the elements I believe to be the most important, or have interjected cultural motifs into it that I reject. Feel free to inquire about the game and a purchase thereof. The game will be artisan-made by yours truly

Some Interviews (and a Presentation)

Don't be an authority-deferring chump! Accredited degrees are statist as fuck.
YOU can be a self-educated scholar, too!
All it takes is trading in the "schooling" and the video games and other passive entertainment for what the Ancient Greeks knew to be true LEISURE*: philosophy, debate, and self-reflection! You've got this if you want it! * Leisure, in Greek, σχολή, "scholē," from which we get school

Got a podcast or blog? Let's build your audience! I am usually available for interviews like these! Your audience won't get my content anywhere else but from me. And these interviews were from before the internet blackout. I'm older, wiser, and better-spoken now.

WARNING:✋ If you leave a message here, you will be notified that I am a despicable person by my political enemies, and they may decide to start targeting you by extension. 😲 If you are not capable of discerning whether what is said about me is true or justified or not (I am not sure what the content is, just that this is happening), or if you do not care to take a hit for your own self-expression, you probably do not want to leave a comment. 🤥 However, if you are someone with integrity, who is unconcerned with the preconceptions others wish you to have of me, and unwilling to let others push you around, I most certainly welcome your comment. ✊ Thank you for understanding!

Hello! Thank you for the request, friend!

Interesting profile and even more inserting philosophical perspectives, I’m a bit intimidated to ask you why you feel a certain way about things, lol!

Thanks for accepting! And for the honesty! Please feel welcome asking anything that you wish, even if controversial or a point of disagreement. I love discussing difficult topics and am very amicable throughout. 😊
