Kit Sonnet

Music Production, Foxes, Cats, Electronic Music, Retro Games & Webseries / TV Shows

Foxes / Cats: Favourite animals (really like red foxes and fennec foxes, cats are a close second favourite. yes ik foxes are an absolute pain irl idc they're cute.)

Retro Games: ion feel like yapping I'll just provide this even tho my account is REALLY new RetroAchievements

anything electronic / edm basically. I like most electronic music subgenres. that ranges from stuff like chiptune & ambient to speedcore and extratone btw so I'd say it's quite diverse. I'm not as interested in it although I do quite like some rock/emo bands as well (Paramore and SOAD would be my top 2).

Something I really like that some musicians do is assigning an OC of theirs with their music, I find that really cool :]

I'm also a beginner music producer of 5 months! I use LMMS and am multi-genre. I don't yet have anything properly published tho and I do not want to put my stuff on here.

uhhh I like toy story?? mlp?? hotel translyvania??

there's not any movies I'd call outstanding or special to me but I do like quite a few movies I suppose

Invader ZIM, Analog / Found Footage Horror*, My Little Pony G4, Most Glitch Productions Shows, Gumball, I've watched madoka and am slowly watching magical girl raising project as well.

*I really like Doctor Nowhere's work, I also really like No Through Road & The Mandela Catalogue, I watched Malbolge Trench recently and that's good too.

I rarely read but when I do:

-random guides/books on games I like (eg. Pokemon, FNAF (and I REALLY do not support Cawthon I bought most of the games n merch before I knew what he did)
-Warriors
-Wings of Fire
-Batcat (underrated as hell)
-Looshkins
-Splatoon & Madoka mangas
-Dark Horse PvZ Comics

S3RL and em essex have been very influential with me starting to make music. I found out about S3RL when I was 12 and liked his stuff a LOT and I started liking a lot of other electronic musicians, I found out about lapfox & halley labs when I was 14 a bit over a year ago, when I had started making music for myself the way em does stuff had helped me figure out what I would like to do with my music and that I don't have to do what most others do.

(to clarify yes ik the msx controversies I am not at all defending those.)
