  • 🎮 Halo tournament grinder | 💰 Cashing checks before esports was cool
  • Spent my weekends hauling an Xbox and CRT across the country, running on energy drinks and 3 hours of sleep. If there was a Halo tournament, I was there—taking brackets, collecting prize money, and talking trash in pre-game lobbies.
  • Made major cash clicking heads, lived out of hotel rooms, and watched the esports scene grow from packed LAN centers to sold-out arenas. Some people were worried about homework; I was worried about who was coming out of the losers bracket.
  • 🚗 Late-night road trips
  • 🎧 Burned CDs on repeat
  • 📱 Flip phone always blowing up
  • 💵 Tournament winnings paying for everything
  • Halo was the job. The 2000s were the golden era. Still chasing that feeling of hearing "Game Over" and knowing first place was mine.

I am not a fan of the remake of the remake and them adding sprint it is crazy not to mention its going to be on Playstation I might play it for free but no multiplayer is a bummer

YES, THANK YOU. not to sound like a purist or something, but personally I hate all these remakes lol. most of them just can't capture the atmosphere/feeling of the original games. did you notice on the trailer that at the bottom it says "captured on ps5 pro"? the console war days were so much fun, hate that it's gone now. although they did decide not to put the latest gears of war on there, but like.. that means nothing because gow is nowhere near as big as halo. still feels like a slap in the face. :|
