So, I've been here. For long enough and I see everyone is kind. I'm truly hoping I meet more like this because It's heartwarming. I'm really low on friends because most have taken their l1v3s and most were fake, and... That led to confusion. On other social media like MySpace I'm the only active user unfortunately anddd everyone loves to judge on other ones so that's why I've officially abandoned many sites because I don't wanna have to suffer because haven't I already suffered long enough. ☹ Other than that, I love music and I could talk about it all day, I can give a lot of information people have been misinformed, I love to study the roots of every culture such as the original 80s traditional goth which a little bit around 1975 had started growing popularity and became what It's known for. Today the revival has destroyed everything, Siouxsie Sioux, Patricia Morrison and loads of other gothic artists/bands have always head their personal style. Bright silhouettes and colors wouldn't make you less goth or alternative, that is a pouser reference that everyone gets attached to. So anytime you're told to "dress more goth" It's best not to pay attention to it. Goth has been rooted in post punk and deathrock influences, leather or latex is not intentional, silhouettes like velvet, satin or other work especially if you DIY them, this is entirely what the subculture is about. Makeup can be repetitive but at least not intentionally advanced with ankhs on foreheads or white face paint, you don't need to wear black or dye your hair to look goth enough. You just need an outstanding figure, the only unwritten rule alternative cultures like traditional goth have is being nice to each-other whether they're kawaii, emo, alternative, etc.
