Books I Would Survive vs Books That Would Kill Me

Would Survive:

  • Convenience Store Woman. Cozy book where girl works at the convivence store and she's a lil weird. Same girl, let the weird flag fly.
  • A Million Little Pieces. Book sold as an addiction memoire but it's actually fiction. My addictions memoire would have as crazy of stories but mine would be true.
  • The Kawogawa Food Detectives. Book where father daughter duo dig deep and find the food of their customers souls. I love food, I love mystery. It's a win win.
  • Sweet Bean Paste. Dude doing the bare minimum at work, old lady who wants to join the team and make delicious bean paste. I love company, baking and stories. I'd be just fine.
  • Before the Coffee Gets Cold. Travel back in time and revisit a moment..? Sure! I can do that and my coffee never gets cold - I would be a-ok!~
  • Survive the Night. Silly girl get into a car with a stranger whom she just met. As the night goes on she starts to think he is a serial killer. I would NEVER get into a car with a stranger that wasn't an uber. Boom, already alive, no novel, girl bye.

Would Perish Immediately:

  • Literally any horror novel written by Riley Sager. It's the twists, the twists get me!!! (except Survive the Night)
  • A Piece of Cake. Amazing memoire just amazing. Her life was just too hard, even for me.
  • Life for Sale. Man who wants to die but failed so he sells his life instead..? I would have died in the first chapter lmao. bye.
  • The Man Who Died 7 Times. Man gets stuck in a groundhog day loop after his papa passes away and it turns out to be a murder mystery?! Man, I am too tired for that. I will take us both out for the inconvenience of it all.
  • Rabbit. Jaw dropping memoire that follows the life of a child to her adult years. Just like A Piece of Cake..I do not know how those women did it. I would have done as the title suggests. Perish immediately.

Kudos: 1
