clearing the air

quick recap of events

earlier in the week, i posted a blog on spacehey (archived link btw) discussing the merits of friendrewind and the flaws of spacehey, solely to see if it resonated with anyone, and if it would result in a quick bolster of growth for friendrewind overall.  which it did - there were quite a few signups following my original blog

btw i was very open with d3fect about all this as it was happening, asking about tracking backlinks and referrals and such via instant messenger but anyway

moving ever onward here

so shortly afterwards, my spacehey acc was banned (nothing new there ofc, i'm kinda used to ts by now) and in my place on top blogs was a slew of new blogs slandering friendrewind in various ways (mainly with unfounded claims that it is ai coded)

now i'd like to go on record and state the following

a) i don't condone any of these blogs
b) i share the site owner's disdain towards them
c) i never bumped a single fucking one of them

ergo, one (or more) people started their own little psyop attack against friendrewind, using my old trolling crap on spacehey to boost blogs to the top, then make out that it was me all along.  this is cheap, weak sauce and absolutely deplorable in more ways than one

now i can put my hand on heart and say quite humbly that i'm sorry this crap even happened and especially to the extent in which it happened - my og blog was only meant to be a psa and freebie promo thing for friendrewind tbh

but can the perpetrators of the follow up blog spam

stop skulking around they discords

come out of the woodwork, into the light

and equally confess their involvement and wrongdoing

my bet is that none of them will </33
