Depression (Vent)

This one is a more serious entry, but something I need to get off of my chest.
I'm a considerably silly person. I like silly things, I do silly stuff, I'm quite happy even! Which leads me to this: I feel like I'm faking my depression. I feel like every single one of my problems is fake, because how can they be real when everything seems to be ok?

I have diagnosed autism, depression, and severe social anxiety, but I feel like I'm faking everything. I feel like I'm taking advantage of others by acting like I have such problems. I feel like I'm ungreatful.

Happiness is subjective, and I don't even know if I'm really happy. But I would like to be, and I hate that.

Does anyone else feel like that ?

You can't fake something you feel. It can be infrequent but you can't fake it. You don't need reason to be sad either don't push urself to answer "why am ı sad" or "why am ı not happy" if that will just make you feel worse. It's biology and Psychology, it has So many factors. you can't just sit down and write I'm sad because of this one or five thing.

Even myself as a person who is depressed ı can't say one or few things it's just a lot of little things combined.

it doesn't has to be people too, system has a lot to do with it

little note : write down your thoughts. that made me realize faster what was those little things are when ı got older because ı forgot easily.

(ı was writing this than accidentally refreshed the page and write again)

I hope you feel better have a good day random human
