Hey there!!!!
oday I wanted to share something a little more personal with you. A few days ago, I had one of those experiences that you know you are going to remember for a very long time.
Every summer, my city fills with music. It has become a little tradition here: festivals, concerts, people gathering together, singing under the same sky and enjoying those warm summer nights.
Last year, I went to one of these festivals for the first time to see Carolina Durante live.
And honestly... it was magical.
I had listened to their music before, but seeing them on stage was something completely different. I jumped, I sang until my throat hurt, I cried with some songs, and by the end of the night I had completely lost my voice. It was exhausting, but in the best possible way. One of those moments where your body is tired, but your mind just wants to keep living that instant forever.
So, naturally, when I found out they were coming back this year, I knew I had to go.
Originally, the usual summer festival in my city was cancelled, but luckily it was replaced by a new one called WAY (We Are Young). The lineup was amazing: Hombres G as the headliners, together with Carolina Durante, Las Petunias, Siloé and Mateo Eraña.
Of course, I arrived early.
My mission was clear: get as close to the stage as possible.
The first band to play was Las Petunias. It was actually my first time seeing them in person, and despite some technical problems at the beginning that made them have less time than expected, they completely made the most of it. Their energy was amazing, and I really enjoyed their performance.
And something I still can't believe... I even got the chance to take a photo with them! It was such a small moment, but one that made the day even more special.

After them came Mateo Eraña, a very young local artist. I have to admit that I was mostly waiting for what came next, but it was really nice to see young artists from the area having the opportunity to perform on such a big stage.
And then...
The moment I had been waiting for.

Carolina Durante.
I don't even know how to properly explain that feeling.
The second I saw them walk onto the stage, my heart started beating incredibly fast. It was like my brain needed a moment to understand that they were actually there, right in front of me.
And then the music started.
I sang every single song. Every lyric that I had listened to countless times through headphones suddenly felt completely different. I cried during some songs, I jumped, I danced, I screamed until my voice disappeared again.
The concert felt like it lasted only a few minutes.
It's strange how some moments work. You wait so long for them, you imagine them thousands of times, and when they finally happen... they disappear so quickly. It was such a brief, almost impossible-to-catch moment, but I know I will remember it forever.
After Carolina Durante, it was time for Hombres G. I would have loved to stay, but after giving absolutely everything during the previous concert, my body was exhausted. So I decided to walk home.
And then something beautiful happened.
On my way back, it started raining.
After a whole day of summer heat, the cold drops felt almost unreal. It felt like a little gift from the universe, the perfect ending to an already unforgettable night.
I arrived home tired, without much voice left, but incredibly happy.
Sometimes, music is not just music. Sometimes it's a memory, a feeling, a place, a person, a night you wish you could pause for a little longer.
And this was definitely one of those nights <33

That sounds like such a wonderful experience!
It really was!! It’s one of those experiences that you know you’ll remember for a long time. There’s something so special about being surrounded by people who are all feeling the same thing, singing the same songs and sharing that energy together. (╥﹏╥)
