Ughhhh

I'm on vaca since it's Summer break for me, but my parents are only coming to the place we're staying in around a week. And since our baby sister doesn't know anyone and has extreme stranger danger. Lets call my sister... Pomtree. Me and my sister have to step up and fill our parents role of taking care of Pomtree, which consists of:

- Changing her diapers

- Watching over her in the free time (she breaks out in screaming when we're not around)

- Feeding her the milk and food + helping prepare the milk and food

- Putting her to sleep

- Buckling and monitoring her in the car

And for us, this is fucking tiring. I feel terrible. I wanna like cry and scream because I'm really frustrated.

Around 15 minutes ago I had to try and put her to sleep by myself. My grandparents are helping as much as they can, but nothing is working and it's just really overwhelming. I had to pat her on her back and rock her in my arms, but she refused to lay in my arms horizontally, and I had to repeatedly set her down on a bed so my arms wouldn't go numb.

"Where's your sister to help?"

Oh no, don't worry about her. She was too busy on a call with her friend a room over- where she could hear me trying to comfort our younger sister while she was yelling enough for it to echo in the house.

I had to show my grandparents how to put Pomtree in her sleepsack (it's so cute btw) and what type of padding she needs on the side of her crib.

Now don't think that my grandparents are bad people- they are amazing! My grandfather helped give me advice when putting Pomtree to sleep and also just yapped with me which was generally quite comforting.

Anywho, she's still screaming right now since it's part of her sleep adaptation schedule thing. I feel horrible and like my heart is getting gutted out because I want to go and comfort her.

Well too bad Pomtree bc im getting chocolate AHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAH
