I take a lot of pictures.
Like...a lot of pictures.
My camera roll is basically cats, matcha, Calico Critters in places they have no business being, screen shots I swear I'll need later, and approximately 47 pictures of the same thing because this one was slightly cuter.
Looking through all the pictures I took this weekend, I realized something.
I don't take pictures because something exciting is happening. I take them because something is happening at all.
A little Critter coming a long for another adventure. Pictures with my family. Sitting down and loosing countless hours to Persona 3. A matcha I made pretty, because I could. A DQ cupcake that deserved it's own photo shoot.
None of this was a huge life changing event.
It was just my life.
And this life deserves to be romanticized.
There's just something really nice about of all the tiny little days in between the big ones. The random weekends. The drinks I was obsessed with. The games I couldn't put down. The people beside me. The places we went for no particular reason. Even the stupid little things that probably won't feel important until years from now where I look and find these pictures again.
I want to remember what my life looked like when it was just...happening.
So here's a tiny joy archive of an ordinary weekend.
Nothing extraordinary happened.
I think that's why I wanted to remember it ☺
Thank you for taking a peak at my nonsense,

“I don't take pictures because something exciting is happening. Aw!! Thank you so much Lillie. You taking the time to read and reply means so much to me!
You should just start taking pictures of your normal everyday life. Romanticizing the small things in life has really helped me turn my views on everyday things around to be just a little brighter.
I hope you have the most fantastic weekend <3
