Question for the community: What brings you guys joy?
For me personally, I really enjoy listening to music, rainy days, and sweets! I also like really bright colors! I had a bowl of fruity pebbles and I was just really happy about that. Eating oranges is also a very joy inducing task for some reason- so that’s mine!

I’m happy when I can losten to my fav band on rainy days or going to their concerts bc the bands helped me to stay alive❤️

what brings me joy is things like the colors purple cyan and green. and clothes that make my body look good. and when other people are nice it makes me happy. music makes me happy too. specifically joy division and music like that. and shopping. my boyfriend. my friends ooma and jayden. pottery. art. makeup. dark things like bones and teeth and taxidermy. candles. black short heels. my parents and sisters. good food like mac & cheese and salad and grilled cheese.
i used to be extremely depressed to the point i really wanted to end my life. but filling my life with all these things make me happier. and my medication makes me stay happy. im not depressed anymore. im happy. i actually want to do stuff and live. if anyone reading this struggles with depression, remember it will get better one day. i used to think it never would. but it did. one day i just became happy. and that will happen for you too.
