Just a friendly reminder that this is a legal term. With definitions. It doesn't mean you can just go around mouthing off whatever you want.
You can still be fined for using hate speech.
You can still be arrested for making threats.
You can still be banned and alienated.
You can still have your ass beat for saying the wrong thing to the wrong person.

Are you just stating factually that you can be fined for "hate speech" and such, or are you saying that you agree with that fact? Like, is your point that "free speech" isn't really free or that it shouldn't be?
I'm stating factually this is the way things are. Whether I agree with it or not is irrelevant.
